Je traint \u00e9\u00e9n-op-\u00e9\u00e9n en altijd onder begeleiding. Zo haal je het beste uit jezelf \u00e9n uit je work-out. Alles wat we samen doen, is doelgericht. Welk doel dat is? Dat bepaal jij zelf! Voorbeelden van te behalen doelen zijn:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Blessure preventie \/ herstel<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Gewichtsvermindering \/ vet verliezen<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Houding corrigerend trainen<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Algehele fitheid tijdens en na een zwangerschap verbeteren<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Fysieke conditie verbeteren<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Spiermassa opbouw \/ het vormen van het lichaam<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Krachttoename \/ sterker worden<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Verhelpen van stress gerelateerde klachten<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Wetenschappelijk onderzoek toont aan dat een mens ongeveer een half jaar nodig heeft om een wezenlijke gedragsverandering te bereiken. Daarom maken wij een persoonlijk plan van ongeveer 26 tot 32 weken. Deze weken verdelen we in verschillende periodes, waaraan we afzonderlijke doelen, trainingsmethodes en voedingsadviezen met elkaar verbinden. Hoe lees je etiketten in de supermarkt en wat betekenen al die cijfers voor jouw lichaam, jouw energie, jouw vooruitgang?<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Je leert niet alleen <i>wat<\/i> je eet, maar vooral <i>waarom<\/i>. Coaching houd in dat je wel begeleid wordt maar op een minder intensieve manier dan bij personal training. De trainer helpt je natuurlijk met het behalen van je doel maar kijkt ook samen met jou naar wat je zelf kan doen. Bijvoorbeeld voor al fanatieke (kracht) sporters is dit uitermate geschikt om nog meer uit zichzelf te halen. Zo maken wij bijvoorbeeld je trainingsschema\u2019s, meet en weegt jouw trainer je regelmatig en helpt deze je bij het optimaliseren van je voeding.
